Candidates should have strong experience in information retrieval, vector search, or large-scale search systems, with a track record of applying research concepts in real-world environments. Experience with embeddings, approximate nearest neighbour search, or modern retrieval architectures is essential.

Develop and improve multimodal machine learning systems that combine visual and textual information to improve asset identification and matching accuracy. You will work on models and pipelines that fuse image features with structured and unstructured data, helping improve how assets are identified, compared, and retrieved across large datasets. This role combines applied research with practical implementation, working closely with engineering teams to move experiments into reliable production systems. Candidates should have strong experience in computer vision, multimodal learning, or machine learning applied to real-world datasets. Experience with vision-language models, embeddings, or large-scale similarity search is desirable.

Work at the intersection of machine learning research and production engineering, helping turn new ideas into reliable, scalable systems. You will implement and optimise machine learning models, improve performance and efficiency, and build tooling that enables rapid experimentation and iteration. The role involves close collaboration with research and engineering teams to ensure models move smoothly from experimentation into production environments. Strong software engineering experience alongside practical machine learning knowledge is required. Experience working with large datasets, model optimisation, or ML infrastructure is desirable.

Lead the development of strategic partnerships with insurers, enterprise organisations, and industry partners as we expand into enterprise markets. You will build and manage key commercial relationships, support enterprise sales activity, and help shape our go-to-market approach. Experience selling AI or data-led solutions into enterprise environments is essential.

Build and lead our security function as we scale to support enterprise customers across insurance and financial services. You will own and mature our security and compliance programmes, including ISO 27001 and SOC 2 readiness, oversee security operations, and work directly with customer security and risk teams during due diligence and onboarding. Previous experience in a CISO or senior security leadership role within a regulated or enterprise environment is required.
